Hello, I'm a junior college right now and go to the gym 5 times a week.

College students should be able to free access to the gym, and generally how it works in most schools. If ever a gym from the start, then I understand why people pay, because he wants to pay off the new Fitness Studio, but I would say not more than $ 25 per month. Most students, especially those who live on campus, they have a job during the school semester. Low, reasonable price would increase the chances of a school for sports.

Classes should perhaps as yoga, pilates, spinning, step and kickboxing. It should be at least two personal trainers from the gym, he was the height of the buses, train the people in the gym shares if you need help paying for gym. However, I do not think coaches are needed, I think it would be a good way to earn extra money for the gym, if necessary, it was worth it.

Snack counters must have a real situation, equipped with a protein shakes, and protein bars ... maybe a few drinks and fruit. TVs are to be in the areas of cardiovascular, as people see, hear, or the TV heart, if you like. The team should) hold the essentials: squat rack, weight bench (eg bench press), cable machines (eg cable or wiring, insulation machines (leg extension, for example) and cardio equipment (treadmill, cross trainer running, cycling) .

That is all I could think of .... Good luck!
